Gel quantification

那天和阿寶學長討論到gel quantification的方法

這個網站有ImageJ 對western blot定量的動畫教學~

其實對Coomassie blue定量好像也是可以的，有看過paper這樣做。只是準確度不太可靠，只能當估計用。

如果急著看結果，或是自己想估計protein purification產率(cell lysate vs elution)的時候還挺方便的

另外附上一篇有使用ImageJ定量的paper
